Founder, HR on Call

Melissa is a leading HR professional with over 20 years’ experience. She started HR on Call in 2003 to provide a unique opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to access industry-leading HR support and advice on flexible terms.

Her vision was to provide the same level of HR expertise and professionalism found in leading corporate environments to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and not for profit organisations. Combining HR professionalism with a highly personalised and flexible approach, Melissa found a strong market demand for her unique solutions.

Today, Melissa and her consultants work across a diverse range of business of all sizes and across many industries. What all these businesses share is a desire to take control of the HR functions in their organisations in order to get the best out of their people and minimise HR risk.
